Dynamics 365 Engineer - F&O - £75K + 15% Bonus - Hybrid (2X Per Month)

Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, a highly reputable business who are early on in a major transformation programme. We are seeking an experience Dynamics 365 Developer, to design, develop, and implement custom business solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, encompassing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI.

The successful candidate will join a team focused on adopting and promoting Dynamics 365 within the organization. This role involves collaborating closely with transformation and product teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality applications that streamline business processes and improve user experiences.

Role & Responsibilities:

Design, customise, and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements using best practices and industry standards
Create and implement custom entities, workflows, plugins, and integration solutions
Build customised Power Apps applications that cater to specific business processes
Utilise Power Automate (Flow) where appropriate to automate and streamline workflows across different systems and applications
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems, applications, and data sources using APIs and middleware to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability
Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure smooth data transition from legacy systems
Provide consultative advice to resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within Dynamics 365 environments and Power Platform solutions as and when required
Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, including design specifications, workflows, and technical configurations
Essential Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customisation, configuration, and development including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Proven experience in designing and developing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform components and services
Familiarity and experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solutions
Strong understanding of data modelling, relational databases, SQL, and data integra
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) or related technologies are advantageous

Salary £75,000
15% bonus potential
