My client based in Masham is looking for an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

The suitable candidate will have experience of working in a FMCG company and be able to demonstrate a strong background in fault finding and diagnostic work within Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.

Ideally the candidate would be time-served, though applicants who have sufficient 'on the job training' would also be considered.

Duties of the role include:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Diagnose and repair faults on a range of equipment
Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the wider Engineering & Manufacturing team to troubleshoot complex issues
Document maintenance activities and report on key metrics
Participate in training and development opportunities to maintain industry knowledge
Support new installations and project work as required

Salary: £32-£34k depending on experience

Shifts: Days - 6am-2pm / 10am-6pm

Role: Immediate start for the right candidate
