Working Hours:

You will be working 45 hours per week on a 2-week rota.

Week 1: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 15:30

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 06:30 - 15:30

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.
• Implement and maintain engineering best practices and processes across the site.
• Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of Engineers, fostering a positive work culture.
• Improve equipment reliability and eliminate recurring faults.
• Coordinate equipment servicing and maintenance with external service providers.
• Support the backup call-out rota, ensuring operational continuity.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience leading or managing a team within an engineering context.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster teamwork.
• Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship or qualifications at Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience in the food industry is beneficial but not essential.
• A forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
