Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related field
• Extensive experience in preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Conducting and managing site surveys, feasibility studies, and project coordination
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction standards, and compliance processes
• Support senior technicians in resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with building regulations
• Leading teams in resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring project alignment with building regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Previous experience in commercial projects
