We are keen to hear from HR professionals who have gained exposure and experience around all things relating to engagement and building employer brands. This could have seen you getting involved with projects around, recognition schemes, company gatherings, staff surveys, talent development, mental health initiatives and more.
Alongside this, reporting to the Head of HR you will take responsibility of the day to day HR reins as the business continues to grow at a steady pace.
Other areas of involvement will include;
- On boarding New Starters
- Recruitment & Selection
- Training & Development
- Policy & Procedures Review & Maintenance
- HR Reporting
- Employee Relations Support
Key Attributes & Skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proactive approach to work
- Robust administrative skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to understand and interpret technical guidance such as UK employment law and regulations
- Proven employment law knowledge
