Head of Finance

£75,000 + Pension

This well respected local Company are currently seeking a highly professional Head of Finance with strong technical skills to take control of their busy accounts function.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the accounts function and preparing a wide range of management reports

- Overseeing the production of the sales, purchase and nominal ledgers up to trial balance level

- Managing the credit control function and chasing overdue accounts via telephone and email

- Producing income and expenditure reports, profit and loss schedules and balance sheet reconciliations

- Supervising the management of the pension and payroll function and dealing with any employee queries that arise

- Advising Directors on issues such as resource utilization, stock management levels and tax strategies
