About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Safety Consultant for our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive and intrusive fire safety surveys, providing expert advice on fire safety measures, and overseeing remedial works to ensure compliance with relevant fire safety regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed and intrusive fire safety surveys of various properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  • Assess and identify potential fire risks and hazards, and develop comprehensive fire safety plans.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on fire safety improvements and remedial works.
  • Oversee and manage the implementation of fire safety remedial works, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to fire safety surveys, assessments, and remedial works.
  • Stay updated with the latest fire safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Professional qualification in Fire Safety, Fire Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in conducting intrusive fire safety surveys and assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience in overseeing and managing remedial works in a fire safety context.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
