Our client integrates transformative lighting design into interiors, architecture, landscapes and related systems. They work to enhance the beauty of clients' work and create lighting designs using surfaces of shadows and luminosity.

Located in West London their offices are in a building with communal areas including a local food and a coffee shop downstairs and offer discounts at the gym as well as regular seasonal events.

They are now seeking a Lighting Designer and considering one of two options.

1. A midweight level lighting designer with ambition to be a key member of the organisation, to further develop their skills and experience in all aspects of managing high-end international luxury projects, and to help develop schemes from initial concept and take them through to site and installation.

2. An architectural designer with ambition to become a lighting designer on high-end international projects.

Lighting Designer:-

* 4+ years' experience within the lighting design industry with a consultancy rather than a manufacturer

* Good client facing and project management skills

* Both creative and technical, good at creating solutions

* Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat with great presentation skills

* AutoCAD literate with Dialux and Relux or equivalent

Architectural Designer:-

* 2+ years' experience within architecture or the interiors sector

* Both creative and technical, good at creating solutions

* Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to create presentations

* Proficient in AutoCAD, able to create plans, elevations and detail drawings

* Genuine interest in a change of career direction

Salary and Benefits:

In return they are offering a salary of between £35k and £45k (lighting designer) or £28k and £30k (architectural designer) plus pension, company bonus, gym and food discount schemes
