We’re looking for a Commercial Account Handler who enjoys the renewals process to join a fast-paced, customer-focused insurance team.
If you’re detail-oriented, looking for something a bit different, and thrive on delivering top-notch service, this is the role for you! You'll be the go-to person for managing renewals, working closely with Account Executives and insurers to ensure smooth, hassle-free processes for clients.
What You'll Do:
Manage Renewals: Handle the full renewal process, ensuring all policies are renewed on time and clients are happy with their policies.
Strong Communication: Stay in touch with Insurers and support Executives to confirm renewal needs, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Negotiate Terms: Work with insurers to get the best terms and premiums for renewals.
Problem Solving: Tackle any challenges head-on and proactively fix issues before they escalate.
Collaborative Attitude: Support your team and Account Executives to meet renewal targets and contribute to process improvements.
Continuous Growth: Stay updated on the latest products, market trends, and compliance to deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a Commercial Account Handler, ideally with a focus on renewals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
CII qualifications and higher education/ degrees are advantageous.
Proficiency with MS Office; experience with broking systems is a plus.
