Our client is a global leader in civil and infrastructure projects who is seeking a Commercial Lead for their Euston project.

Job Summary

The Commercial Lead overseas and manages the estimating cost, procurement and contract aspects of the project from initiation to close-out for Euston Station (HS2).

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Advise client and project team on all commercial issues effecting the project
Overseas development of contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and sub-contractors
Develop and implement the procurement and contracting strategy for delivery of the project Essential Requirements:

Experience in a Commercial Management role
Past experience of major (£500+) projects
Formal qualifications of RICS or professional experience
Expert knowledge of all aspects of commercial management
Familiarity with various forms of contract
Excellent knowledge of integrated reportingDesirable:

Inspiring team leader
Strong focus on detail but ability to see the strategic picture
