Role Responsibilities - Leading the end-to-end process of internal audit assignments, ensuring high-quality delivery for review by senior managers or partners
- Conducting audit fieldwork (approximately 70% of your role), both on-site and remotely, using a risk-based approach
- Drafting and presenting detailed reports and recommendations to clients (approximately 30% of your role)
- Liaising with clients to plan tailored audit schedules based on their unique risks and governance requirements
- Supporting and guiding junior team members, including reviewing their work and offering coaching where needed
- Ensuring time and budget targets are met on each assignment
- Getting involved in business development activities, such as client meetings and local networking events

Candidate Requirements - ACA / ACCA / IIA part or fully qualified status (essential)
- Proven experience planning and delivering internal audits across a range of clients (essential)
- Confidence in client-facing roles with strong verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to build rapport with clients, partners, and team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
