If you are looking or flexibility, looking to regain some work life balance, then daily supply might be for you! Tradewind are currently on the lookout for qualified Primary Teachers looking to work on daily supply in the Sittingbourne and wider Swale area.

The role of Primary Supply Teacher offers a lot of freedom and often can lead to longer term roles, whether at the school you're working at or through referrals from the schools themselves.

The schools we work with book regularly and as we are approaching the period of the academic year where supply picks up and is busy for the remainder of the academic year, so this is the perfect time to apply! This is open to both experienced teachers and ECTs alike. We typically lose bookings for the remainder of the academic year due to demand and lack of teachers so there is scope for as much work as you would be looking for.
