Salary: £47,000 - £50,000.
Shifts:
* Week 1: Monday - Thursday - 6am - 3:30pm. Friday 6am - 4pm
* Week 2: Monday - Thursday, nights 6pm - 6am

As a Maintenance Engineer, your role includes:
* Address both mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance challenges throughout the factory.
* Execute planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, and condition monitoring activities for plant and equipment.
* Keep operations staff informed about machine breakdown statuses.
* Manage and execute departmental-based projects.
* Proactively identify and implement improvements in operational machine and resource efficiencies, considering their impact on other departments
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department.
* Collaborate with operations staff on daily operational engineering-related matters and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Explore innovative ways to reduce costs by streamlining processes and systems.
Required Experience:
* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
* Strong electrical fault-finding experience.
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in electrical or mechanical engineering is required.
