Position Overview: The Quality Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring that the products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong technical knowledge of various systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying defects or deviations from specifications, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform detailed inspections of electrical components, assemblies, and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

2. Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests to verify the integrity, performance, and safety of electrical products.

3. Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of findings, including any non-conformities or deviations identified during inspections.

4. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.

5. Participate in root cause analysis investigations to determine the underlying causes of quality issues and prevent recurrence.

6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

7. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers regarding quality-related issues, inspection findings, and corrective actions.

8. Adhere to all relevant safety guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred.

* Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the electrical or electronics industry.

* Strong understanding of electrical principles, components, and systems.

* Familiarity with relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and inspection techniques.

* Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documenting inspection results.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex issues.

* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

* Willingness to undergo security clearance procedures as required by the company and/or clients.
