We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with a broad range of experience across:

* Professional Services - Dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall matters, and more.

* Project Management - Overseeing and delivering high-quality refurbishment and construction projects.

* Residential & Supported Living Refurbishments - Experience in this sector is desirable.

* Business Development - Growing client relationships and supporting the expansion of our services.

* Mentoring & Support - Assisting Graduate Building Surveyors in their professional development.

The ideal applicant will possess;

* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with proven experience.

* Strong background in both professional services and project management.

* Experience working on residential & supported living refurbishments (desirable).

* A proactive approach to business development & client engagement.

* Passion for mentoring and supporting junior team members.

* Full UK Driving Licence & Own Transport (essential).
