I am actively seeking a passionate Architect to join a successful and dynamic RIBA Chartered practice in Hampshire. Their practice has built an excellent reputation and cultivated a workplace culture that emphasizes career progression and development. This well-established practice has a talented team which has grown to over 20 architects, designers, technologists, and support staff. They deliver innovative projects across the residential, mixed-use, education, leisure, and commercial sectors. Their ability to learn from research across sectors and projects, combined with an expansive knowledge of building typologies, construction techniques, and procurement processes, ensures we add value at every stage for all our clients. The successful Architect will have extensive post qualification experience in sectors such as leisure, hotels and retirement living, with strong technical skills and be able to manage a small team.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of a Technical Architect:

Substantial relevant post qualification experience in the UK
ARB registered ideally RIBA chartered
Technical expertise in Revit is advantageous
Experience working in a range of sectors ideally retirement living, leisure and community buildings
A passionate and self-motivated approach to work and professional development
Experience managing a small team and projects
Excellent communication skills
Job running experience
Keen eye for detail
Boast creativity and design flare
Good working knowledge of up-to-date building regulations
Live locally to Hampshire
Work well in a close-knit team
Strong technical bias
Hit the ground running
Passionate about high quality innovative technical drawings
Keen to continue progression and input to company growth
