Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with one of my nationwide clients to recruit this role on a temporary basis until the end of the year.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to the company's recruitment & onboarding processes, as well as some ad hoc administration across other areas.Duties involved in this role will include:* Onboarding of new starts & processing of leavers across the business* Arranging site inductions for new starts & contractors* Supporting with the company's recruitment process including sifting CV's and arranging interviews * Organising & attending confidential meetings, taking notes where needed* Management of room bookings for meetings* Supporting managers with ad hoc administration duties* Various other basic admin duties as needed including ordering of supplies & stationeryIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Previous experience in an Administration role, preferably with exposure to HR or Recruitment * Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise a varied & sometimes very busy workload effectively* Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal - with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levelsIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
