Management of site team, sub contractors and trades
Overseeing all H&S and QA on site
Experience in working with construction programmes and highlighting delays
Must be able to chair site meetings with design team and subcontractor
Managing the full site time and coordinating production, commercial, design and planning functions
Ordering basic supplies to site
Strong client/third party stakeholder engagement qualitiesRequirements:

CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
Previously worked as project lead on new build residential schemes 300+ units
Able to start asap
