Oracle HCM Project Manager
6-12 month contract, Inside IR35 - Via Umbrella
Hybrid Working
I'm currently looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Project Manager to join a well known organisation in the UK on an initial 6-12 month contract (with the possibility of further extension).
Specifically, I'm looking for an individual that is aware of the impact the move to Redwood will have, the challenges that will likely come from the change & ultimately, guide the impacted business areas / users through it.
The role itself will be a 60/40 split in favour of remote working, with 2 days a week spent either in London or Scotland. There is the possibility that this figure could be negotiated upon slightly.
On this occasion, the role is Inside IR35. The successful applicant will have to work via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company.
Key Responsibilities of the role are below:
- Lead the delivery of Oracle HCM projects, ensuring they align with Oracle's Redwood specific guidelines & project timelines.
- Align activities with Oracle's delivery milestones (e.g., system configuration, UAT, and post-implementation).
- Ensure timely delivery in line with Redwood updates and quarterly release schedules. Manage system upgrades and feature enhancements to reduce business disruptions.
- Work closely with teams from HR, IT, Finance, and solution architecture for smooth integration and process alignment.
- Proactively address risks and issues to keep projects on track.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and make efficient use of resources.
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, keeping them informed on progress, challenges, and Redwood-specific milestones.
- Drive adoption of new systems and processes, especially Redwood features such as AI, Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and automation.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven Full Lifecycle Project Delivery
- Understanding of Redwood linked to HCM, particularly its AI-driven automation and UX improvements.
- Capable of managing cross-functional teams and driving efficient, collaborative project delivery.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and transparently with senior leaders.
