Senior Processing Technician

A mid-sized Lloyd's Broker is looking to recruit a Processing Technician to focus mainly on cross-class, open market complex risks. This role requires someone in the office 3-4 days per week.

The role will entail:

Processing new business and renewals
Administration of premium payments, statements and bordereaux
Producing debit notes and closings
Building relationships with clients, Brokers and Underwriters and dealing with any queries
Maintaining electronic filing
Making and reconciling payments to Bureau
Mentoring and training junior members of the team
The Team Manager is seeking:

Experience solving long-standing issues including unallocated cash, funding issues etc.
Someone comfortable training and mentoring
Global/ PPL/ Whitespace experience
