Blakesley Arms is a landmark pub in Manor Park, East London, situated on the main road through Manor Park, and over the road from Manor Park Tube (Elizabeth Line) with great transport links to central London plus the London Stadium, the home of West Ham United.

This pub boasts 2 bars. The front bar is widely used by the regular clientele and creates a space dedicated to those who just want to sit and enjoy a drink or two!

The large room to the back of the pub is a fantastic space that can accommodate a Pool Table, Darts board and is also a superb set up for live music, DJ’s and dancing!

There is a small garden to the rear of the pub that is a popular suntrap in the warmer months.

Regional Manager Tim believes this is a great Pub for the "all-rounder" - an Operator who loves the late-night aspect of the trade, with Live Bands, DJ's through to accommodating the Sports enthusiast, and especially West Ham fans .... the sales target of £14k a week, will also provide the right Operator with a potential to earn a good share of the sales at 18%. Remember Craft Union cover all the costs, from entertainment, SKY, down to the cost of beer mats!!!!
