Key Responsibilities:

* Sell new homes on a large development site 🏡

* Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process 🤝

* Guide clients through shared ownership options (preferred experience) 🏠🔑

Requirements:

* Proven experience in new homes sales is essential ✅

* Experience with shared ownership is preferred 🌟

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️

Work Schedule:

* 5 days a week (Thursday - Monday) 📅
