Our client is seeking a confident, friendly and enthusiastic Administrator to join their growing team in Plymouth.
 
They're a multi-discipline practice with 10 offices across the UK, and due to continued growth - they need someone as soon as possible!
 
Job details:

£22,000 - £26,000 p/a - depending on experience
Monday - Friday
Permanent, full time. 
25 days plus bank holidays increasing to 27 days with length of service
Excellent enhanced pension scheme to 5% 
The successful Administrator will be naturally organised, have a keen eye for detail and be committed to the role. You will have relevant experience in administrative duties and will possess excellent IT and communication skills, a clean driving license and have access to a vehicle.

Key Duties of the Administrator

To welcome and provide hospitality to all office visitors and provide front of house services
Answer incoming phones in a polite and helpful manner
Ensuring that signing in and out sheets are checked daily
To ensure stationery is well maintained and stocked up
To ensure that the kitchen areas are tidy, and that office supplies such milk, tea, & coffee and any other essential kitchen consumables are always available and to assist in dealing with issues of breakages, tidiness and cleanliness
To manage daily post, incoming and outgoing
Printing, binding and general administration support for all the teams and the SMT
Organising travel and accommodation, booking meetings and lunches
Assistance with office health and safety duties
Undertake Fire Warden & First Aid Duties (with the relevant training)
To provide admin support for other support team members
To assist the Partners Executive Assistant with any other office tasks as required
