We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to focus on developing the business opportunities further for Willsons across Warwickshire.

As a BDM you will identify new business opportunities so to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.

We are looking for a dynamic 'go getter’ with a passion for delivering great results who hasthe drivefor delivering the best service to our clients!

In order to fulfil the requirements of this post we are looking for an individual with experience driving a professional services business forward who will be responsible for the following:

research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

  • seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation
  • generate leads and cold call prospective clients
  • meet with clients face-to-face or over the phone
  • foster and develop relationships with clients so that you repeat business as well as finding new opportunities
  • understand the needs of your clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business and reach new audiences
  • work strategically - carrying out necessary planning so to implement operational changes
  • have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
  • ensure staff are on board throughout the organisation, and understand the need for change and what is required of them
  • seek ways of improving the way the business operates
  • research and attend seminars, conferences and events to build your business's network and profile
  • keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world
  • help to plan sales campaigns
  • create a sales pipeline

Remuneration Package:

25-30k plus commission

23 days holiday plus week off between Christmas and New Year
