With a reputation for delivering high-impact solutions for their clients, they're now looking to expand their commercial team by hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their Liverpool office.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively reach out to businesses via cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn
Book discovery calls and generate qualified sales opportunities
Collaborate with senior sales staff to build a healthy pipeline
Accurately track activity and progress through a CRM
Create engaging, tailored messaging for outbound campaigns
Regularly contribute ideas in team sessions to optimise performance

What They're Looking For

Experience in a BDR/SDR, telesales, or cold calling role
Motivated, resilient, and target-driven personality
Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
Able to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
Organised, proactive, and always thinking a step ahead

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working in the tech or professional services sector
Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
