What's involved?

Our client are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join the relaxed kitchen brigade. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and delivery.

You will assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations, oversee and develop junior team members, support all four areas of the kitchen, provide guidance and training, ensure fresh and efficient mise - en - place.

You will also have a key input to the menu and culinary design of dishes, whilst working with the Head Chefs for seasonality.
