Looking to join a high-profile role in a global finance function, working with complex treasury instruments and senior stakeholders across a multinational group?

We Do Group are delighted to be managing the search for a Group Treasury Manager to lead a key part of a corporate controllership function, with a specific focus on treasury entities and technical accounting. This role sits within a large and dynamic global finance team and is a fantastic opportunity to own high-value, high-risk treasury accounting in a business undergoing exciting transformation.

You'll play a critical role in managing accounting for debt, derivatives, inter-company positions and hedging instruments — while ensuring rigorous compliance with SOX and US GAAP standards. Perfect for someone who loves technical detail, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is comfortable operating in a senior, visible role.

WISH LIST

  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Understanding of complex treasury accounting
  • Technical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
  • Treasury SOX experience within a multinational environment
  • Skilled in Excel and ideally familiar with treasury systems

THE ROLE

Treasury Accounting & Controls

  • Lead all accounting and reporting for complex treasury entities across the group
  • Ensure accurate treatment of instruments including derivatives, bonds, commercial paper and FX hedging
  • Own delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for treasury
  • Act as point of escalation and subject matter expert for all treasury technical issues

Governance & Compliance

  • Maintain a robust SOX control environment and ensure compliance with US GAAP
  • Monitor, identify and resolve reporting risks and control gaps
  • Ensure audit readiness and support both internal and external reviews

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  • Manage a small team delivering day-to-day treasury reporting activities
  • Collaborate with global controllership, treasury, tax and systems teams
  • Build strong working relationships across finance and wider operations

YOUR PROFILE

  • ACA or ACCA qualified accountant
  • Strong technical expertise in treasury accounting and financial controls
  • Excellent communicator, capable of building trust at all levels
  • Able to retain high-level oversight while staying detail-focused
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Proactive, curious and capable of driving improvements
