Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the English department, ensuring high standards in teaching and learning.
Plan, implement, and evaluate the English curriculum.
Support staff development and lead CPD initiatives within the department.
Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum.
