About the role
● Appointment booking for BDM's
● Creation of terms
● Creating and organising files for each case
● Chasing terms that have been sent within specific timescales
● Internal database management
● Obtaining professional quotes
● Instructing professionals (surveyors, lawyers, QS etc)
● Liaising with the underwriting team
● Requesting and chasing Feefo reviews weekly
Skills and experience required
* Strong administration experience
* Confident and professional
* Excellent communication, written and verbal
* Organised and able to think outside the box
