Description

Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department
Support the recruitment process by posting ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Help maintain employee records for new hires, status changes, and terminations
Provide general administrative support such as preparing reports and keeping track of schedules
Assist in the organisation and execution of company events and meetings
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Handle queries from employees regarding HR-related matters
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as neededProfile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

A qualification in Human Resources or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discretely
