KS1 Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a diverse primary school in Camden. This part-time role involves supporting EAL and SEN pupils, delivering small group interventions, and assisting the class teacher to create an engaging learning environment.

Application Requirements:

• Experience as a KS1 Teaching Assistant, particularly with EAL or SEN pupils.

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for education

.• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.

Key Responsibilities

:• Deliver small group boosters and interventions.

• Assist EAL students in developing language and communication skills.

• Provide tailored support for SEN pupils

.• Collaborate with teachers to implement creative lesson plans.• Monitor and report on student progress.
