Job Description
We are looking for experienced SEND Teachers to join a specialist school in Birmingham supporting students with complex Autism. You will be working with learners who may present with challenging behaviour, are non-verbal, and require significant support with self-regulation. Whether in a primary or secondary setting, your ability to create a structured, nurturing environment will help unlock each child's potential and enable them to thrive.

Required Experience

* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential

* Proven experience teaching students with complex Autism and additional needs

* Strong skills in behaviour management and providing high levels of support
