Registered Manager
Location: Trafford, Manchester, M16
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, with occasional on-call duties

They specialise in supporting adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions. This specialist service, based in Trafford, Manchester, provides care for individuals with complex mental health needs, including severe mental health illnesses, challenging behaviours, and drug or alcohol dependency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to become the Registered Manager of the service.
* Liaise with the CQC, local authorities, and the Fire Authority as needed to maintain satisfactory standards within the home. Ensure all required notifications (e.g., DOLs, safeguarding, RIDDOR, CQC notifications) are submitted promptly.
* Ensure the home operates at maximum occupancy levels.
* Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, and practices to guarantee the highest standards of care for all residents.
* Take full responsibility for the management of the home's medication system.
* Conduct regular audits and ensure timely follow-up actions to maintain regulatory compliance and provide quality care.
