This company are forward-thinking in their day-to-day operations, combining the successful elements of a corporate property management company with the modern world of today.Your new roleIn this role you will be based in the Birmingham office 3 days per week, with 2 days hybridOngoing management of an exciting portfolio with expansive options Maintaining the existing client base whilst also looking for future opportunities to bring in new clientsSupporting more junior members of staffWhat you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will be a property professional and dedicated individual who wants to succeed in their role and deliver an excellent service to your own clients that you will be managing individually. You will need to have experience working within commercial property management and everything that comes with such a dynamic and exciting line of work. MRICS is desirable, however, but those with equivalent experience, and those who are working towards chartership are also encouraged to apply.
