Dynamics CRM Business Analyst, 6 months, £500+, OUTSIDE IR35

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience working on CRM based projects (ideally Dynamics 365) to join a team in the real estate sector.

This will be initially 6 months, outside IR35, and Hybrid London

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops and 1-1 sessions with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and clear artifacts for sign-off by both business and technical teams.
• Define user stories with CRM knowledge, ensuring they are well-structured for CRM development teams.
• Conduct data analysis and mapping, working with data dictionaries and business information models.
• Adapt quickly to real estate terminology, engaging effectively with business stakeholders.

Must have Skills :-

• Dynamics 365 or other CRM knowledge
• Extensive BA experience and experience leading workshops
• Real Estate experience is mandatory
• Experience in data analysis would be ideal to help mapping data dictionaries and business information models
