Location: Moseley
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: 24th October 2024
Contract Type: Temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
Salary: £100 - £120 per day

T4S Education is currently recruiting an experienced School Administrator on behalf of a school in Moseley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and efficient individual to join a busy school office team, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day running of the school office

* Managing busy reception area

* Handling school communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence

* Assisting with attendance records, pupil data management, and SIMS database input

* Supporting staff and visitors, ensuring smooth school operations

* Working closely with senior staff to provide efficient administrative support

Requirements:

* Previous school administration experience is essential

* Proficient in using school management systems (SIMS experience is desirable)

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

* Applicants must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to process one
