Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Implementation

Translate the CEO's vision into concrete hardware and software solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
Design, develop, and test both hardware and embedded software for new and existing products.
Oversee the integration of hardware and software to ensure seamless performance and functionality.
Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and proof-of-concept development for new product ideas.Technical Coordination & Project Management

Manage all aspects of product development, collaborating closely with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that all products are delivered on time and within budget.
Act as a liaison between engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth product lifecycle management.Innovation & Research

Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor advancements to drive product innovation.
Identify opportunities to improve existing products and develop new solutions.
Ensure that all products meet relevant industry standards and certifications.Collaboration & Communication

Work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Production, and Support teams to ensure smooth product rollouts.
Document engineering processes, designs, and test results for internal use and regulatory compliance.
Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on new products and technologies.Skills

Essential:

Proven experience in hardware and software engineering, ideally within the Pro AV, electronics, or embedded systems sectors.
Strong background in embedded systems development, including firmware programming (C/C++, Python, or similar).
Expertise in hardware design, including PCB layout, circuit design, and microcontroller-based systems.
Knowledge of networking protocols, AV signal distribution, or control systems is a plus.
Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) and experience in taking products from concept to market.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with compliance testing and certification processes.
Desirable:

Experience with FPGA programming, DSP, or real-time embedded systems.
Familiarity with CAD software for hardware design.
Knowledge of AV-over-IP, HDBaseT, or similar AV transmission technologies
