Our client, a growing specialist contractor, are actively seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Snr Contracts Manager, from a structural refurbishment background, for an exciting new role within the business.

The role -

Reporting to the board of Directors, you will be site and office based, overseeing the whole of the UK operations.

You will be required to help continue to grow the UK arm of the business and reach company targets.

Helping to recruit and build on existing staff in the region.

The candidate -

* We are looking to speak with Project Managers/Contracts Managers from structural repairs/refurbishment background only

* Experience in overseeing both the operational and commercial aspect of the project are required.

* Ideally degree, HND/HNC qualified, although proven time served experience will be considered.

* Can easily commute to various locations across the West Midlands

Attractive salary as well as car allowance will make up part of the package available.
