Key Responsibilities:

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates within the construction industry.

* Sourcing and placing skilled tradespeople, site managers, and other construction professionals into roles across the sector.

* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and placement.

* Developing new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and pitching Trade Cover Recruitment's services.

* Providing outstanding customer service and acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the construction sector.

* Strong understanding of construction roles, trades, and industry dynamics.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
