Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a facilities Administrator who is organised, hands-on, and ready to play a key role in keeping our facility running smoothly!

What You'll Do:
- Be the Go-To Person for all things Site Services, from answering queries to coordinating activities across the site.
- Manage Contractor Relationships ensuring smooth operations with external vendors.
- Own the Purchase Order Process by creating and managing SAP POs for all site service activities.
- Keep Us Stocked by managing daily chemical stock levels and placing timely orders.
- Coordinate Jobs across the factory to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
- Handle Waste Collections and assist with yard queries.
- Be a Problem-Solver by processing, approving, and querying invoices and raising work permits for various tasks.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a Facilities Management
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A team player with excellent communication skills who can manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
