Role Overview

We are recruiting for a Regional Manager to oversee operations in London, managing a team of Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and Site Managers. This role requires an experienced leader with a background in façades, cladding, or remediation projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and Site Managers

* Oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery within time and budget

* Maintain as-built programmes and accurate project records

* Work closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, HSE guidelines, and company policies

* Monitor project costs, cash flow, and profit margins

* Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality

* Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain safety standards

Qualifications & Experience

* At least five years' experience in a senior management role within façades, cladding, or construction

* Strong knowledge of cladding remediation, fire safety regulations, and façade systems

* Proven track record of managing multi-million-pound projects

* Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial awareness

* Relevant construction qualifications such as SMSTS, CIOB, or a degree in construction management or civil engineering
