We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Plumber to work with one of the UK's leading FM providers.

About the Maintenance Plumber

You will be working in a high end Commersial building based near charring cross, working on all Reactive Maintenance and Remedial Works. This will involve PPM taks, Pumps, Pipes, sinks and more.

Mon - Fri role 8-5pm.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Plumber

Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks
Repair HVAC Plant and Associated Systems to a high standard
Working on PPM'S FCU, Pumps, Pipes, Colling Towers and more.
Key components are AHUs,FCUs,Compresses and chillers.
Repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties and servicesRequirements for The Maintenance Plumber

Level 2 Plumbing & Heating

Salary of £36,000 basic.
