What you'll be doing:

• Handling a diverse caseload of construction disputes, including contract disputes, defects claims, delay and disruption claims, and professional negligence matters.
• Conducting detailed legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents.
• Managing the progress of cases, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining regular communication with clients, counsel, and experts.

What we're looking for:

• NQ - 6 PQE Solicitor, with strong experience in construction law.
• Strong understanding of dispute resolution procedures and an excellent track record in successfully handling construction disputes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions.
• A proactive and client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
