Working at the heart of the HR function, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to all stakeholders and ensure a seamless employee experience from recruitment to retirement.

This is an exciting and amazing opportunity for someone who wants to get into HR. You will oversee the coordination and collation of monthly payroll, administration of all employment-related processes, maintaining employee records and HR databases, providing support for the Employee Benefits platform and acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries.

This role will require strong organisational skills, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (1 day working from home)

Duties & Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:

* Preparing offer paperwork for new hires and internal changes, as well as leaver administration.

* Actioning checklist tasks in relation to new hires, internal changes and leavers to ensure systems and platforms are updated with correct data.

* Conducting HR welcome induction for new hires.

* Regular data cleansing of systems.

* Review of HR intranet pages to ensure information is accurate for employees to access.

* Annual records retention processes.

* Reviewing employee requests and ensuring relevant approvals.

* Payroll - collating employee changes monthly that include new starters, leavers, payments, deductions, benefit choices, salary changes, personal detail changes.

* Actioning data updates to systems, platforms and sending reports to internal departments following approval of payroll.

* Assisting with writing job adverts and posting jobs on the recruitment platform.

* Communication with applicants and setting up interviews.

* Ensuring relevant recruitment approval forms are received, completed in full and signed ahead of any recruitment campaign.

What you will need to succeed as the HR Administrator:

* Have a keen interest and passion to start a career in HR.

* Background in administration, ideally working within a HR, or payroll department

* Strong and articulate communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels of seniority with confidence.

* Must be able to prioritise, have a 'can do' approach and be highly organised.

* High attention to detail is essential

* Proficiency with MS Programmes, especially Word & Excel.

* Be solution led and proactive to come up with improvements and new ideas
