Electrician - Social Housing

Regen Solutions are currently looking for a 18th edition qualified Domestic Electrician to carry out electrical works on behalf of one of our large tier 1 clients across the Redditch area, in social housing tenanted properties.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs and electrical maintenance works, in occupied properties, as well as some EICR testing works if the candidate is able.

Our Client: - A reputable and well established maintenance contractor who have a number of flagship contracts across England.

Minimum Requirements:

• 18th Edition Qualification
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Clean DBS
• Right to Work in the UK
• Previous Social Housing Experience
• 2391 Testing & Inspection (ideal but not essential)

Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Electrician role.
