Purchase Ledger Clerk role waiting to be filled

Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position

Position:  Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location:         Leeds (Office Based)

Salary:             £14.50 an hour when Temp then £26,000 Salary

Length:            Temp to Perm 12 weeks

Hours:             37.5 hours p/week

The role will predominantly involve:

• Processing, coding a high volume of invoices initially
• Handling customer queries via telephone/email
• General Bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
• Monitoring the purchase ledger inbox

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, have an basic  knowledge of Excel including VLookups/Pivot Tables, and be available at short notice.
