Financial Controller Responsibilities:

• Management of the Finance team
• Delivery of monthly Management Accounts and performance reporting.
• Reconcile all company bank accounts/cash holdings, reporting to the Board any issues/risks.
• Responsibility for all day-to-day financial compliance and statutory reporting as required to external parties.
• Attend Senior Management meetings and delivery of timely and accurate financial reporting to meet the information needs of the business.
• Ensure timely and accurate provision of VAT Returns, PAYE Returns and payment, CIS Returns, Payroll & Pension Returns, PIIDs, Annual Companies House returns and all other standard financial compliance reporting requirements.
• Updating and maintenance of all records in the company CRM system.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fully Qualified Accountant or proven QBE in all areas required
• Proven previous experience, in a similar no 1 finance position
• Proven experience in delivery of monthly Management Accounts to include Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cashflow reporting.
• Experience of budgeting, forecasting and forward financial modelling preferable
• IT Iiterate including Excel
• Strong people skills with the ability to manage effectively both customer and internal relationships
