Are you ready to lead and inspire a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities? The charity we have partnered with is seeking passionate individuals to fill the role of Service Manager (SM) in their Supported Living division.

As an SM, you'll be the accountable performance manager, driving service delivery against KPIs and metrics while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in promoting dignity, wellbeing, and independence for those we support, fostering a person-centred culture within your team.

Your responsibilities will include operational management, budgetary oversight, and strategic decision-making to drive service growth and excellence. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, build relationships, and champion co-production to ensure the voices of those we support are heard.

Requirements:

* Experience in a leadership role within the care sector

* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance

* Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and on-call duties

* Valid driving license and access to own transport
