If you have answered yes, then this could be the role for you!Our client is a growing financial services practice that specialise in giving expert financial planning advice to Business Owners and Private Clients. They now seek a dedicated, full time Administrator to join their friendly, busy and vibrant Service Team. They are a small but established company with big ambitions, so it is normal practice to encourage individuals to develop ongoing 'value adding' projects alongside their everyday responsibilities.

The successful candidate will work within their Service Department coordinated by their Client Services Manager. Their programme trains and mentors the candidate for three months, where they will be expected to work in multiple roles within the department, to get a true feel for how the company operates and evolves. In this way, the candidate should be confident in their ability to be flexible and adaptable.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with policy providers
  • Submitting new business
  • Facilitating the annual review process

The successful candidate will demonstrate high interpersonal and organisation attributes and be ready to support the rapid growth of this dynamic Financial Planning practice. High level of experience in administration within a financial sector is required for this role.

For example:

  • Has worked/working for an IFA
  • Part of a technical team within a financial services company
  • Administration role within pensions / investments / insurance
  • Excellent IT skills in MS Word & Excel
  • Professional telephone manner and superb customer service skills
