• Identify and secure high-quality work placements for students across various industries.
• Liaise with employers and work placement organisations to create opportunities for students.
• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of student placements, ensuring they meet educational and professional standards.
• Maintain accurate records of placements and student progress.
• Conduct regular visits to employers to assess the quality of placements and address any issues.
• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure placements align with educational objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to students before, during, and after their placements.

• English and Maths at Grade C or above.
• A Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in handling enquiries and contacting employers or work placement organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations related to work placements.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
